What we collect and why

Who we share it with
Only the companies that help us run the shop: Hostinger (website hosting), WooPayments/Stripe (payments; we never see your full card details), An Post (delivery), Klaviyo (email, if you sign up), TikTok and Google (analytics and advertising, only with your cookie consent). Some of these process data outside the EEA under approved safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for 6 years for tax purposes. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. “Notify me” requests are deleted 90 days after we email you that your size is back, or after you unsubscribe. Abandoned or failed orders are deleted after one month.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or move your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@retrogaa.ie. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
Cookies
When you first visit, our cookie banner lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies. You can change your choice any time using the cookie settings link in the footer.
