RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We want you to love your jersey. If you don’t, you have 30 days from delivery to return it for a refund or exchange.

How to return

  1. Email hello@retrogaa.ie within 30 days of delivery with your order number, the item, and whether you’d like a refund or a different size.
  2. We’ll reply within one working day with the return address.
  3. Post the item back unworn, unwashed and with the tags attached. Keep your proof of postage.
  4. Once it arrives, we’ll check it and refund you within 5 working days, or send your new size.

Refunds

Refunds go to your original payment method. If you tell us within 14 days of delivery that you’re cancelling your whole order (your legal right to cancel), we also refund the original standard delivery cost, and you then have a further 14 days to send it back. Return postage is paid by you. If you cancel within 14 days, we can only reduce your refund if the jersey has been handled more than needed to check it (like trying it on in a shop).

Exchanges

Need a different size? We’ll send the new size as soon as your return arrives, as long as it’s in stock. If it isn’t, we’ll refund you.

Faulty or wrong items

If your jersey arrives damaged, faulty or isn’t what you ordered, email us (a photo helps us sort it faster). We’ll cover the return postage and replace or refund it. Your rights for faulty goods under Irish consumer law last well beyond 30 days.

Your legal rights

This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under Irish and EU consumer law, including the 14-day right to cancel an online order.
