TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Who we are
retrogaa.ie is run by Kaden O’Neill, trading as Retro GAA, a sole trader based at 1 O’Connell Street, Limerick, Ireland. Contact: hello@retrogaa.ie.
2. Our products
We sell retro-style sports jerseys: new remakes of classic designs, not original vintage stock. Retro GAA is an independent shop and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the GAA, any county board or any sponsor. We describe and photograph each product as accurately as we can. Colours may look slightly different on different screens. Sizes are listed in our size guide.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in euro and include any taxes we’re required to charge. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay. We accept card, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment is taken when you place your order.
4. Your order
When you order, you’ll get an email confirming we’ve received it. A contract between us is formed when we dispatch your order. If an item is unavailable or there’s a pricing error, we’ll contact you and refund you in full. On limited drops we may limit how many of each size one customer can buy; if a limit applies, you’ll see it when you add to cart.
5. Delivery
Delivery times and costs are set out on our Delivery & returns page. Delivery times are estimates. Orders outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.
6. Your right to cancel
Under EU consumer law, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason. On top of that, we offer 30-day returns. See our Returns & refunds policy.
7. Faulty items
If an item arrives faulty or not as described, contact us and we’ll repair, replace or refund it, including return postage. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. We’re not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Irish law. If you have a complaint, contact us first and we’ll do our best to resolve it. Not happy with how we handled it? The Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (ccpc.ie) gives free consumer advice, the European Consumer Centre Ireland (eccireland.ie) helps with cross-border EU disputes, and you can also use the Small Claims procedure.
